Rosan Beauty’s “Love It or Return It” Promise

We want you to feel confident and beautiful with every Rosan Beauty purchase. That’s why we offer a hassle-free “Love It or Return It” Promise! Here’s how it works:

Didn’t quite love it? No problem!

You can return most unopened and unused items within 10 days of purchase for a full refund (minus original shipping costs). Here are some things to keep in mind:

  • Open & Used Products: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty and personal care products. However, if a product arrives damaged or defective, please see the “Damaged or Defective Items” section below.
  • Gifts: No worries, gifted Rosan Beauty products can be returned by the gift recipient within 10 days of purchase with a valid gift receipt.

Easy Returns Process:

  1. Contact Us: Let us know you’d like to return an item by emailing us at su*****@ro*********.com or calling us at +14054639518. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and easy-to-follow instructions.
  2. Pack it Up: Securely pack your unused item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your order number and RAN.
  3. Ship it Back: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Unfortunately, we cannot cover return shipping costs for standard returns.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. However, you can simply return your unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product!
