Processing Times:

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time your order is placed.

Shipping Rates:

We offer competitive shipping rates to get your beauty essentials to you quickly and affordably.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD within the continental United States.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $45.95 USD will be applied to orders under $1000 USD within the continental United States. Delivery time for standard shipping is typically within 3 – 14 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: For those who need their products sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your chosen service.

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

  • USPS First Class Mail (United States) 1–3 BUSINESS DAYS
  • USPS Priority Mail (United States) 1–3 BUSINESS DAYS
  • (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail. This time does not include the processing period
  • Expect delays during sales periods & holidays.

  • These are just estimates and actual costs may vary depending on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package.

International Shipping:

International shipping at this time depends on the country the customer is based and the country laws. However, we are always working to expand our services and may offer international shipping options to all countries in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

We are unable to ship packages to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply for international orders. Some countries will also require taxes on orders that are come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer will be responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you can pick up your packages. Also, when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once your order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@rosanbeauty.com or by phone at +14054639518. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement.
